Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1-inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the glaze by combining honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well blended and slightly thickened.
Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them in the honey Sriracha glaze until thoroughly coated.
Return the glazed meatballs to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow the meatballs to cool for a few minutes before serving.
